Keep things in writing so there is no confusion why your house was sprayed rather than brushed, or if you wanted trim in satin paint and not the same as the walls, because these decisions effect your budget.
It is often standard that your painter will assume they can supply the paint, but maybe you've picked a specific brand that can't be colour matched and you need that understanding in writing.
Hand painted is more expensive than rolled, and rolled can be more than sprayed (spraying in a new house). With this template you'll also have a reference for down the road when you want to do touch-ups.
